Attorney McIntosh has been practicing law since 1973 and holds a Professional Degree in chemical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law. Aside from his legal practice, he has also developed more than 10 new technology-based companies. He has personally negotiated significant business transactions throughout the world, including, but not limited to, cities in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine, the U.K., and the U.S.

McIntosh's services have been utilized by a number of satisfied companies. Such companies include Adolph Coors Corporation and its numerous technology spin-offs, including Coors Ceramics (now CoorsTek), Coors Biotech, Golden Aluminum, Golden Technologies, Chronopol, and Coors Biomedical; as well as Celestial Seasonings; Hazen Research; Standard Oil Company of Indiana; Lockheed; Royal Dutch Shell; CTC Global Corporation; DeWind, Inc.; and many others.

Michael D. McIntosh, President & Founder

Michael D. McIntosh serves as president of McIntosh. He is also currently president of TMA Ventures, a consulting and management group, and is a current member of the board of directors of numerous companies, including PhosphoSolutions LLC, a producer of specialty pharmaceutical reagents, and Tribal Technologies LLC, a technology developer in the wireless entertainment field. He is a former member of the board of directors of Composite Technology Corporation, a developer, manufacturer, and marketer of energy-efficient products and renewable energy products for the electrical utility industry. A highly regarded professional who has worked with many companies throughout the world, McIntosh has also been responsible for both the defense and prosecution of a number of intellectual property litigations, including serving as lead counsel in lawsuits involving Adolph Coors Company, Celestial Seasonings, and the National Football League.

Attorney McIntosh previously co-founded Superior MicroPowders LLC, Peak Sensor Systems LLC, and MEMX, Inc. and was instrumental in the organization and start-up of these companies. He served each of these companies as a member of the board of directors and interim CEO. In this capacity, he negotiated the transactions to acquire the underlying technologies; recruited the initial technical, management, and administrative teams; and sought out and arranged financing for the start-ups of each of the companies. Attorney McIntosh has worked with start-up ventures throughout his career and continues to draw from his extensive experience to serve clients in many different industries.

Mr. McIntosh is also the former president and managing director of the law firm of Sheridan, Ross & McIntosh, a practice that he expanded from 3 attorneys to an internationally recognized firm of more than 30 attorneys and 75 total staff. During his time with the firm, it grew to represent leading companies throughout the region, nation, and international community.
